Hello, I’m Blythe!

I live in the Appalachian Mountains of NE Tennessee. I spend my time hiking, journaling, engaging in community, and learning more about myself through books and on my yoga mat. I spent the last 25 years experimenting and developing tools to help me stay centered and grounded in my day and life. These practices are the foundation of my life and sustain me through challenging times and transitions.
